A Honkin' Good Walk Today

Let's see. I believe the count was 4 honks and 1 "hey sexy!". No, wait. Make that *five* honks. LOL! After work today, walked across the parking lot to Curves, left Mom my car and walked the 1-1/2 miles home. Weather is insanely mild, so I took advantage of it and got the extra exercise. Cleared my head too.

Guess I should be flattered that I can turn heads and elicit honks, even if it makes me jump and scares the bejeebies outta me. One good this is it does make me smile. Sometimes, I even wave. Could be someone I know. Just as long as they keep on driving.

Hmm, now how can I work this humorous incident into one of my books?

LOL....it's flattering now, but just wait.....I actually got hit on by a kid at MY DAUGHTER'S HIGH SCHOOL. Now THAT, my friend, was NOT flattering!

Hot mama. LOL! I suppose someone thinks that, Camy. *G* And Chinatown? Hmm, I avoid that area in NYC, but love it in D.C. How is it out your way?

Ack! Robin, you poor thing. Then again, why wouldn't it be flattering that a youth found you attractive enough to hit on you? I'd think it would be more embarassing for your daughter than you. To think, you could've crushed that poor kid's ego and might have made him lose hope in his ability to attract girls. Do you really want that hanging on your conscience? LOL!

And Stuart? What am I going to do with you? If you don't get that relic of a car off the sidewalk, that "feisty redhead" is gonna have it hauled off to the junk yard. Unless of course it's a classic, in which case, you can drive it anywhere you like. Just don't come up behind me and honk the horn. :)
